Beauty & Essex has an innovative design that starts in the restaurant’s entrance, a well-curated modern-day pawn shop replete with a saxophone, boombox, quirky artifacts, vintage treasures, and an eclectic array of “one-off” pieces of jewelry. This one lives up to the hype! Every dish we had was memorable and something we’d come back for! Grilled cheese dumplings, kale & apple salad, miso eggplant, truffle mac & cheese and beef Wellington all highly recommended… the steak was super tender and tasty (we were skeptical). Oh and the espresso martini! You won’t be disappointed!

Nobu never disappoints. The creativity , quality are still Michelin quality. We did the tasting menu which I highly recommend. From the Toro tuna with caviar to the wygu beef in and amazing sauce each course was better than the next. Still my favorite for so many years!!

We’ve been to this restaurant a handful of times and this past visit was one of the best. The hospitality is unrivaled in the area and the food we enjoyed this go-around was so comforting it brought us back to our time in France. They are also incredibly family friendly (even when our newborn decided to make herself known!). Thank you again we can’t wait to come back.
