As a local, restaurants in canmore can be very hit and miss but Murrietta's did not dissapoint The dining room is upscale yet informal...modern yet cozy. The menu was modern, approachable and well designed. Food quality was on point and the timeliness couldn't have been any better. Last but certainly not least, the service was second to none. Our sever Christi was absolutely amazing and was a true master of her craft. The GM Sean made you feel that he invited you into his own home for dinner....an artform that is slowly becoming a rarity. The choices for lunch on the menu are very limited and would not be for someone that is considered picky. The prices are decent considering they have to bring up all the supplies with the gondola but still on the pricey side. The views are spectacular and definitely worth it! I recommend going in right when they open at 11 so you can get a window seat. The service was incredible between the server taking our picture and very polite to the back staff taking our coats and hanging them up for us.
