We had the most wonderful Galentine’s Day Dinner at 1808! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the perfect tone for a night of laughter, great conversation, and celebration. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, with our server ensuring that every detail of our experience was just right. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. From the appetizers to the entrées, every bite was full of flavor, showcasing fresh, high-quality ingredients. And of course, no Galentine’s Day would be complete without wine, and 1808 did not disappoint! Their wine selection was excellent, perfectly complementing our meal and adding to the festive feel of the evening. We’re so lucky to have such an amazing restaurant in downtown Delaware—1808 truly makes every occasion feel special. Whether it’s a casual dinner or a celebration, it’s always a fantastic choice. Great fresh Italian food and good wine list. The ambiance and service is great! Just wish the dishes had a little bit more flavor, all dishes were slightly bland. However, the ingredients were rich and fresh, so we will definitely be back.
