Best Seasonal Restaurants in St. John

Our second time back to Oceana. Our server Rosa was above and beyond. Engaging, but not too chatty. We enjoyed the garlic shrimp appetizer. From the dinner menu, we had the Mahi Mahi with a lovely corn salad and puréed squash and green beans. From the specials menu, we had the Bass with black beans and chorizo rice. For dessert, the flourless chocolate cake with house made raspberry sorbet. (I would recommend getting the sorbet, I think the menu had a trio of flavors to try). Restaurant has parking, a big plus! Beautiful outdoor seating overlooking water. Would recommend an early reservation to enjoy the sunset. Oceana did not disappoint. We will be back.

We had the lamb shank and pork chop. They were both perfectly prepared and delicious! If you like a good old fashion you have to try their Caribbean version, the smoky rum old fashion. Service was great, and we can't wait to go back!

The place is absolutely beautiful! Great location, great design indoor and outdoor. Menu is good plenty of options, mocktails are amazing! We had to send back a steak that was over cooked, the server knew it when he brought it out. No big deal, fixed and delicious.

Such a good surprise since the restaurant is at this 60s vibes hotel. The ambient is great and the salad with salmon was great!
