- NNeilGreater Boston •49 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoMy wife and I have been going to Abe & Louie’s on or near Valentine’s Day for many years. It is one of the last old school steak restaurants in Boston. Great service as always and our waiter, Chris was outstanding. We shared a beet and goat cheese salad - perfect. I had the 16 oz NY strip steak. OMG - it was fabulous. Home fries on the side are always a must. My wife had chicken with some crisp, chunks of potatoes. I admit to stealing a few pieces from her plate. Delicious key lime pie for desert. If you want a really good steak and nice service - go to Abe & Louie’s!More infoAbe & Louie’s - BostonPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Back Bay•4.7

The bread is always a treat. Our waitress was wonderful. There is always a fun vibe there. The environment is bright, fun and colorful. The specials are always worth a look. Parking is never a problem and reservations are easy. They are always willing to accommodate any needs you may have. This is a great place to meet a friend for a drink or bring the family for a celebration.More infoJoe's Original Kitchen + BarPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Dartmouth•4.7
- CChristineGreater Boston •3 reviews4.0Dined on Jan 1, 2025We dined there on NYE. They had an available reservation earlier in the evening so we thought we would try it. Molly was our server and she was the only server that night. She was hustling. I had the shrimp Mozambique. It was good but different with potatoes and rice. We also had a lobster roll but too many claws. My husband did not love it. My daughter had the baked scallops and she liked them. Kale soup was yummy . Drinks were ok. The dinner was pricey in my opinion. The place is probably better to visit in the summer. This is being picky but I liked to have a glass of water shortyly after being seated.More infoCove Surf and TurfPrice: Moderate• Seafood• New Bedford•4.7
