Best Gluten Free Restaurants in River North (Chicago)

Lulu was very knowledgeable and attentive. We loved her guidance throughout the meal and would absolutely request her again! The food was divine and the wine selection was vast. I haven’t been back since 2018 and am so glad we got to visit this trip! We will be back :)

The food here was fabulous. Chicken Vesuvio, Caesar salad, Apple Fennel Salad, and Pasta Carbonara. All gluten free! And delicious! You can’t go wrong here. Wine list is also spot on.

Had an amazing dining experience at Portofino today! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The service was attentive and friendly, making the experience even better. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!

The service was impeccable! Our server Eric G. was so attentive and assisted me greatly as someone who has celiac and cannot eat any gluten. He made sure any glutenous toppings were removed and on the side for the other guests and repeatedly came back to check and make sure I knew what was safe to eat. I cannot thank him enough. The food itself was delicious and the restaurant had a lovely ambience.
