Best Global Restaurants in San Mateo

This was my first time visiting a vegan restaurant. The food was surprisingly fresh, flavorful, and overall delicious. The wait staff was attentive. I had the dumplings, mushrooms, tea salad, and tamales for my entree. I would suggest a bigger entree portion of tamales, or plate the tamales on a quinoa salad, black beans, cabbage slaw., or cauliflower rice. Otherwise, the experience was favorable and I would come back again.

Wonderful food and atmosphere. We sat in the main dining room and it was lovely.

Food was great, but what we originally ordered was not available and the waiter was unaware of availability.

Great location, great service. Cobb Salad ( split)., chicken Caesar solid, chicken sandwich, 3 ice teas, 1 pistachio gelato. Best was gelato.

First time dining for Mother's Day brunch. Outstanding cocktail drinks and the atmosphere was very pleasant. My party was running a little late, but the staff accommodated us and were very patient with our ordering. In all everyone had a good time.
