    We loved our first experience at ELEM for my birthday. Everything was spectacular, from the service, to food and drinks. I would highly recommend ELEM to all those who are interested in trying unique dishes with fusion flavours and carefully crafted cocktails down to the scientific level. I must highlight the service and the attention each server, bartender, and busser paid to us throughout the night. It truly made it unforgettable and we cannot wait to come back.

Our main dishes were: THE BEET SALAD, CRISPY BBQ BURGER, SOUTHERN FRIED CHICK’UN BURGER, and MAC N’ CHEEZ BOWL. Finally, we closed with one of the best desserts ever: CREAM CHEEZ GLAZED CARROT CAKE, LEMON TART, and CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE & MOUSSE. Everything was delicious!!! Thanks

    My friend and I dined in the Winter Wonder Lounge pop-up. It was on the quieter side, which seemed normal for New Year's Day, so I was surprised by how long it took for the food to come out. Despite that, the service and food were both good--at the level expected from any Earls.
