Standouts included the lobster mac and cheese, bao buns and wagyu burger, but honestly, everything was impressive. You can tell the kitchen team takes pride in their craft. The service is equally stellar—attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the menu and the story behind it. HUMO isn’t just a place to eat—it’s a place to savor, to celebrate, and to remember. Whether you're a local or just visiting, this is a must-visit spot for anyone who appreciates elevated cuisine with soul.

This had to be one of the top five dining experiences in my life! From the moment you walk into the door, you know that you are entering an intimate environment. Small and cozy, the decor albeit not at all traditional, is very warm and inviting. In the middle of the dining room toward the back is a lovely piano on top of which sits a beautiful large vase of flowers. The special treat is when the piano is played by the owner, Carli, with well known songs with a jazz interpretation - absolutely marvelous. The menu is totally out of this world and it was a most difficult decision on what to order - so many divine choices. We shared escargot served out of the shell in a creamy mushroom sauce, which we dipped the toasty garlic bread in, until it was gone. A unique and delicious twist on traditional escargot. The risotto with filet tips did not disappoint, nor did the Mahi Mahi in a soft curry sauce. Both choices were more than outstanding. The cocktails - oh the cocktails - so many elegant choices and if you enjoy a good wine, take a long look at the fantastic wine list. I don't know when we will be back in Puerto Rico but if and when we do go back, this will be the first restaurant I will make a reservation for. Highly recommend reservations.

Dining at the chef’s table at Epicuro is nothing short of extraordinary. From Sarah’s first greeting to the final bite, every moment is designed to make you feel at home. (That is, if you happen to live in a Michelin grade restaurant…) Watching Chef Antonio work just feet away was a privilege — each dish was a stunning expression of technique, creativity and art. Specially since this month’s menu and experience is inspired by the life and work of Pablo Picasso. Should you find an open reservation slot, grab it first and ask questions later.
