    This has been our favorite restaurant from when it was in New Canaan and Darien and now in Cannondale. We love the food, the waiters and staff, and the Owners. Angela and Sandy Baldanza are our friends, and we love them dearly. You know that they are doing something right because their staff, brothers Mario and Lauro, have been fixtures here for years.     Terrific Experience. 5-6 years ago I went to Washington Prime. I had ordered a steak “Black and Blue” and it wasn’t cooked to my liking. It left me questioning its rating as “Best Steakhouse”. This time was entirely different. My wife and I went for Valentines’s Day. It was amazing. Steak Tartare, Duck Breast, NY Strip, Salmon toast. Amazing. The cocktails, amazing. 10/10. Would go again!
