Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Carlsbad

Great restaurant over looking the batiquitos lagoon, the service was excellent. We ordered the scallop ceviche which had an amazing taste, the tortilla chips were super fresh. The apple beet salad “ wow” amazing dressing never had anything like this. Finally the waygu burger super tasty and super fresh French fries

This was an amazing experience, valet greeted us and they were kind enough to guide us. Our waitress was professional, friendly and customer service oriented. She knew the best times to approach us and didn’t make us feel rushed. All the staff was cognizant of our needs and made us feel welcomed. We didn’t have to worry about an empty cup of water. We were asked several times how our experience was and they made sure we enjoyed our meals. Only thing I wasn’t too fond of was dessert but that’s my own personal preference.

We attended a Valentine's Day special meal where the only remaining reservation was at 9pm. That's a bit late for seniors, and later staff graciously moved us from 9 to 5pm. So thankful and it set the tone for the entire evening. Food was delicious. David, our waiter, was great. Courses came and departed as if choreographed. This dinner was only our second time at Valentina's. This time was a real step up and a most pleasurable experience.

Celebrated Galentine’s Day with some friends. Good food and environment. We had the Parpadelle, Lasagna, Farro Salad, and Chicken Salad. Very delicious!

Our server was really good. We ate inside, too cold, but the patio is preferred. The inside is somewhat dated and the chairs were basically lawn furniture. The food was good. We ordered the halibut, salmon and scallops. I would recommend the salmon and scallops. The halibut was dry. Drinks were very good!
