One of the best chef experiences we have had for quite a while, The food all tasted great (lots of garlic butter on almost everything). Lots of fun for this birthday dinner. I have to say something about the 20% service charge. They make it confusing, since they say it is not a tip, but some of the fee goes to the server. They don't say exactly what all it goes for, but you would hope the chef gets a large portion of it. They do offer a chance to tip even more when your credit card is processed at the table. They do charge tax on the service charge which seems strange since tips added at other restaurants do not get taxed. Ends up being a pretty expensive dinner for two.

I sat at the bar and had good service delicious cucumber martini fabulous gin and tonic and the traditional poke bowl with ahi tuna was absolutely perfect. Very good experience
