They combine truffle sauce with sushi, I've never had that before but it's unreal. Would absolutely reccomend to people going to Madrid. BUT… service was very bad… not in a rude way but in a TOTALLY INEXPERIENCED way… zero knowledge about the food, plate details, etc. Not what you expect from a restaurant of this caliber.
