Best Steak Restaurants in Bella Vista

I recently dined in Elements Bar & Grill Pyrmont and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy feel that made for a perfect dining atmosphere. The service was another highlight; the staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring we had a great time throughout the evening.

Huge thanks to the floor manager Alyssa for looking after us and ensuring we have the best valentine experience. We would also like to thank the wait staff for accommodating our needs considering the busy evening.

The moment you step inside, you know this is a happy place with a great vibe. All of the staff are friendly and attentive to the point I thought their mates had come in for a meal. The food experience was outstanding. Apart from the obligatory escargot, they will impress you with delightful French flavours, using with pretty much restaurant-level versions of the same ingredients many of use regularly. Yet the flavours and textures are pulled together so strikingly well. Highly recommended!

Everything is great once we arrived. However, when I called to say we were running late and that two people were last minute cancellations, the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude to me. "Would be great for more notice next time." Was her response to me. I had just called to be courteous about the time so was not expecting this at all. We ended up having 5 people dining and the somm and service was great. Just a bit disappointed with the calling situation - especially when I was trying to be polite about us running late. Have heard about this same complaint from other professionals. You'll need to let this person (no idea of her name) know, that this type of behavior is unacceptable - especially when someone calls to politely let you know we are running late. Will be back, but would love for this to be taken on board. Cheers.
