Best Fusion Restaurants in Waimānalo

My father recently passed at the age of 100 plus 5 months. I always new it was because he knew food and nutrition. He was an Executive Chef who trained at Le Cordon Bleu in New York City in the late 1940's. Chai is run by a Cordon Bleu Chef. That's why the food there is excellent. It reminded me of my Father's cooking at home growing up. Cooking was my father's passion. I'm glad I went to Chef Chai's Restaurant.

There is no place like Banyans, the ambiance stance along with the feeling of eating outdoors under a tree, listening to live music, some fancy cocktails and delicious food!

If you want to go to one fine dining establishment while in Honolulu, Mugen is it! An intimate, well designed dining room sets the tone. The service is friendly and very professional. Every dish that was served was perfect. This six course dining experience was exceptional. Try the foie gras sandwich...simply the best. All of the service staff and a visit from the chef made the visit a memorable evening. If Michelin ever starts reviewing Hawaii restaurants, Mugen would earn three stars!

Food and service always a cut above all others. The view makes this restaurant a must for visitors and Hawaii residents alike. We return here several times a year or more and have never been disappointed.

We had the most lovely wine tasting event recently. The staff was attentive and welcoming. The manager Malie personally welcomed everyone and put on an amazing event. We can’t wait to go back!
