Great food, great service, and great drinks! We love the ceviche, and we have some regular “go to” dishes, but we decided just to split the shrimp fajitas this time. They were great! I’ve always enjoyed the Chile Colorado, and my wife loves their salads. We highly recommend Mesero! The rice cake appetizer was savory and interesting with the contrast from the lettuce. Octopus app had some of the most tender octopus we’ve experienced, the prep also gave it a wonderful flavor. For entrees we had the short rib- super tasty, tender, and the potato crusted halibut. The lemongrass sauce with the halibut was so good we were contemplating licking the serving dish! My wife proclaimed her lemon drop the best she’d ever had except for when she makes them herself, and my martini with Roku Gin was great.
