A Family Tradition For Over 90 YearsMrs. Knott’s Chicken Dinner Restaurant first opened in 1934 with Mrs. Knott and her children serving the first customers in their tea room. The restaurant has grown over the years into one of the largest in California, but the classic fried chicken dinner is still made the same way today using Mrs. Knott's recipes.     We have been to Summit House a couple times before but this time was our favorite. Daisy was amazing and our Castle cut prime rib was outstanding. We sat at the bar before we went to our table and enjoyed our drinks. We had so much fun before we ate that we went back and enjoyed another drink before we left. The two bartenders were fantastic and their cocktails that they were making were top notch! We had such a wonderful experience we will definitely be back sooner than later.

    First time at the Cedar Creek Inn Brea, and it was a great experience! This restaurant has a wonderful ambiance and and staff is very friendly and attentive. We really enjoyed the food, including an excellent tomato basil pizza and an extremely fresh and tasty bbq chicken salad. The prime rib was very good, with the only negative being a lukewarm and aged baked potato. Everything else was delicious and the service is A+. Will return without question!!

    We have been coming here since it opened along with its sister restaurant Cha Cha's, just a few doors down. Our favorite spot if it is just the two of us is the bar. The bartenders have changed over the years, but the caliber of service has not. If you arrive late for a drink & dinner, you are never rushed...actually I hadn't even realized we were the last as my husband and I asked about different liquors we hadn't noticed before. You can't go wrong with the Almafi Fizz, my favorite and one of their signature drinks. Their food is outstanding, love the scallops! Last night we went for my husband's birthday...it was Monday night special, lasagna, garlic bread & Caesar salad for I believe was $20. I can eat, yet I took half of it home! My husband loves their chicken parmesan...he too took half home and was pleased that they presented him with tiramisu & a candle for his birthday...the extra touch appreciated! Yes, I would give them a 10! We will be back next week for a relaxing dinner or maybe Cha Cha's for a little more noise... let's face it, tacos, tequila brings the noise level up!
