Seit Anfang 2023 gibt es in Hamburg Ottensen wieder saftigste Premium-Burger aus knackfrischen Zutaten, mit oder ohne Fleisch! Der Standort ist bei den Fans der regionalen Burger-Kette bereits bekannt: Otto’s Burger war hier bis 2018 sehr erfolgreich vertreten, das Restaurant musste dann jedoch wegen umfassender Renovierungsarbeiten ausziehen. Jetzt können wieder bis zu 60 Gäste im Innen- und bis zu 16 Gäste im Außenbereich die beliebten Burger, die knusprigen Pommes und die hausgemachten Saucen genießen. Die neue Optik trägt ebenso wie das freundliche, hoch motivierte Team dazu bei, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen: Das Restaurant ist als moderne Interpretation des klassischen Diners konzipiert, viel Eiche, Metall und warme Farben sorgen für ein gemütliches Ambiente.

Für unsere Burger Klassiker verwenden wir regionales Rindfleisch (150g, medium gebraten), Bacon und Kikok-Mais-Hähnchen von der Schlachterei Fricke aus Stellingen. Auch für unsere täglich frisch gemachten Saucen und Mayo´s verwenden wir nur beste Zutaten. Wir legen hierbei großen Wert auf Frische, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit – und das schmeckt man! Selbstverständlich findet ihr bei uns auch eine große Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Burgern. Wähle zwischen hausgemachten Blackbean- oder Sojapattie. Und für die etwas experimentierfreudigeren empfehlen wir gerne unsere Asia Burger im gedämpften Bao-Brötchen. Als Beilage könnt ihr zwischen „Normalen“ oder Süßkartoffelpommes wählen, oder ihr probiert unsere beliebten Chilli-Cheese-Fritten mit hausgemachter Käsesauce und Jalapenos. Um das ganze noch etwas abzurunden findet ihr neben unseren Krautsalaten auch Blattsalate auf unserer Karte. Ein Besuch lohnt sich aber nicht nur zum Essen, auch unsere „Drinks“ sind superlecker.
