Fantastic experience overall. Food was exquisite, thoughtful and well composed. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better meal. Drink selection didn’t feel as up to par as the food menu. Basic options. Bathroom is up an entire flight of winding stairs which is fine, but be cautious in heels. They were out of toilet paper, so that felt overlooked. Bar with live music ramped up toward the end of our dinner but wasn’t overly loud and soundly lively as we were exiting.

Once again, we were absolutely blown away with everything! The tasting menu was absolutely to die for. My boyfriend and I are so happy we did it! Plus the surprise dishes along the way were such an incredible touch to the experience. Thank you Alika, management partners, and team for making this an unforgettable Valentine’s Day experience. This is why Mister Charles is our favorite restaurant in Dallas! We will be back SOON ☺️

I told someone at the gym today that I've never had a bad meal at Winewood. That tradition continued today! The bone-in filet was superb combined with the mac and cheese! Seldom do you get such a high quality cut of beef prepared to your specifications these days, but Winewood is undefeated. Our server was excellent and gave us more options than we could choose from. My wife had the blackened Chilean Sea Bass with shrimp and scallops...highly recommended. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and from the moment we arrived until the dessert hit the table with Happy Anniversary written on the serving tray it was an outstanding experience!

Nice Valentine Lunch. All the food was very good. The starter came quickly Tempura Brussel Sprouts in two sauces, so good and a generous amount for two. We created our lunch own surf and turf. The Lobster Roll and the Thai Beef Salad. The Lobster Roll was very tasty, the roll was so fresh and full of lobster. There was a side of Cole slaw and Pom frittes. The salad had marinated steak strips cooked medium rare, the salad was a spicy mix of noodles, carrots, lettuce and a couple of other vegetables mixed in a spice vinegary sauce. All very nice and very good - if you like spicy which we do. Non drinkers we had the locally sourced sugar cane root beer. So good. We finished off with the apple fritters, with some honey and whipped cream. All in all a very nice lunch. The server was quick and checked back several times. We want to return to try the dinner menu.

My girlfriend and I spent the early afternoon of Valentines day at the Charlotte. We started off with the crab fingers (Cajun style) and a couple of cocktails. I cannot stress this enough, if you try the crab fingers, you will not be disappointed. For our entrées we had the crispy duck and spicy vodka pasta, both of which were magnificent. Overall the experience was incredible. Our server was pleasant, and we will definitely be returning.
