Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Aldgate

Great food and very good value. The nibbles and starters are unusual and delicious esp the panko lasagne Wonderful pasta mains. Good service and nice atmosphere.

Carmine was very helpful and informative , ambience was great and there was no pressure to leave , came for Valentine’s Day as a special treat for my wife. We had the special set menu and the wine recommendation - primitivo was lovely. Would like to return and try other dishes

Good venue for a business meeting, with the right balance of atmosphere and not to noisy that you can't talk or to quiet to be overheard. High quality food & drink and variety of options for most/all tastes!

Very nice restaurant with great food and wine. Good value for money. Was little cold with the air con in winter inside in restaurant. Lovely to visit in warmer months as nice outdoor seating area.

We really loved our evening at Penny Squares! The staff were so attentive and friendly and the food was deliciously authentic. We had the duck pappardelle which blew us away with its exquisite and delicate flavours. The ambience made us feel relaxed and the decor was really pretty. We definitely will be back soon!
