Best Brunch Restaurants in North York / Don Mills

We came back to Good Son because our first time there was amazing and it’s safe to say the second time is just as incredible—maybe even better! We had the short ribs and the spicy rosé rigatoni this time, along with the steak tartare, the grilled shrimp lettuce cups and the tuna carpaccio and all of them were out of this world. The flavors were rich, bold, and just downright delicious!! The service, as always, was impeccable. Josh took such great care of us, and Jo, the manager, as always made sure everything was perfect, she is the sweetest and most attentive manager I have met! It’s clear this team genuinely cares about creating a great experience. Oh, and the drinks? Absolutely divine—seriously, some of the best cocktails around. Good Son has become a favorite, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

Six of us enjoyed lunch today. The service by all the servers was great. The restaurant had some business but was not overly busy and therefore the noise level was great for us to enjoy our visit.

Excellent server, very personable and good was great, albeit expensive but I guess that’s normal for the Keg or any decent steak house.
