Pizza is a family affair for me. My Uncle arrived in America in the 1930s with a passion for pizza. He worked hard and eventually bought his own pizzeria in Brooklyn. It was there that Uncle invented a recipe for coal oven pizza. My husband and I have come here for so long, and wanted to have one last brunch here before they shut their doors. We have to say the staff, between front and back, are just rockstars at what they do and provide. The food is always top notch, the cocktails perfect, and the service warm and welcoming. Truly a delight any time we can spend some time with our 2 dachshunds and enjoy the outside space here. We hope you and team have much successes going forward and we hope for the next iteration will be here soon. Happy New Year Hawthorne's!

Food was amazing! I had the salmon Alfredo. The sauce was well seasoned and a bit complex. It was the best I have had in a long time. restaurant was larger than expected but spaced out so we didn't feel on top of other diners. The server was kind, attentive but not intrusive.

I truly enjoyed myself. My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday and so we did. I’m not a sushi person but I tried it and it was great. The service was excellent.
