Each time, the food & experience seems to get better!!More infoHouse of Prime RibPrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Civic Center / Hayes Valley / Van Ness•4.8

Friendly workers who seem to live their job. Atmosphere is super cute and stylish. Feels upscale without being snobby. - SSharonvipSan Francisco Bay Area •51 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary at Wit & Wisdom. The restaurant really made us feel special. It was one of our favorite dining experiences ever. I only wish I didn't have a larger-than-planned lunch beforehand so I could eat more. I started with a smoky bourbon cocktail which hit the spot on a cold rainy evening. The octopus and chickpea dish was warm and savory with a spiced broth. I ordered the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. It wasn't as a sticky and rich as the one I had in England years ago, but it was a nice end to the meal. We will definitely be back. I just wish the restaurant opened for lunch so we can go more often as a day trip.More infoWit & WisdomPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Sonoma•4.4
