Best Californian Restaurants in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

This was our second time lunching at Summer House. The food is delicious and well presented. Our server Rebecca went above and beyond for us which was especially appreciated since it was Valentine's Day. I wish I could remember the name of our server on the previous visit, because we had a positive experience that time as well! We will be back!

Went for a solo meal and had the burrata salad, pan-seared scallops, assorted mini desserts, and a French 75 with cognac instead of gin. The salad was fantastic and I didn’t finish it to keep room for the scallops. They were very tasty and delicate, but it is a very small entree (including the leeks); really glad I got the salad. The petits fours were fantastic and a great choice. The drink was perfect — the cognac switch instead of gin can make it challenging for some bartenders, but the one who made mine NAILED it! Really great service and nice atmosphere too. Pricey but worth it in my book. Definitely recommend it!

Service was great. Food was fantastic. Cannot say enough about how great the food was. The bread alone is worth the trip.

I read the reviews which made me question whether I should eat here. We needed a reservation for 8 on a Friday to make a show at the sphere so went ahead and made the reservation. The food was great, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was casual. The food was a little pricey but not unreasonable for a restaurant on the Strip. I would eat here again and recommend to friends as a great place to eat!

The whole experience for me and the family was amazing. The quality of the food, service, and crafting ornaments was outstanding. Can’t wait to do it again next year.
