Best American Restaurants in Land O' Lakes

For tonight's dinner I started with the Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower (fresh-fried cauliflower bites topped with Sriracha aioli and served with cool-herbed ranch dressing, house-made pickled cucumbers) and it was fantastic. For my dinner I had the Pan Seared Grouper Picatta with capers, lemon butter, warm house-made orzo pasta, grilled asparagus and it was delicious/flavorful and one of my favorites. My regular server "Adam" was exceptional, as always, and he is consistently friendly, attentive, patient, accommodating, efficient, and he has made so many wonderful recommendations to me that have all awakened my taste buds. Sacred Pepper is an excellent choice for the ambiance, awesome wine/drink selections, amazing and delicious food selections, soothing after dinner drinks, and mouthwatering desserts. And the service staff are all so friendly and welcoming. it's a "WIN" for me every single time I eat there!

Service was fantastic! Food always great! We were running about 10 minutes late for our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. When we got there and checked in I told them we were very late for our reservation and I apologized for it. Your front hostess was so kind and understanding. She didn’t make me feel horrible about it and sat us as soon as she could. She was wonderful and I was grateful as it had been a tough day. I really needed that bit of kindness that day. Thank you for having great employees!

Food was very good this time had Vegan thai stir fry and Arancini

Our 4 person group started off at the outside bar while waiting for out table. The cocktails were just ok. Nothing outstanding but they also had a good wine selection. The baked oysters were very dry and hard to remove from the shell. Not juicy at all but very dry. The fried green tomatoes and pork belly were a big hit. The dinner selections were tasty. I had the pompano dish and it was great. The native chili was dry as well. It was meaty but also very dry and lacked moisture or sauce. The desserts were good except the whisky butter cake with blackberries came with 1 blackberry and it was cut in half. I wish it had more berries or some blackberry compote to go with it. Overall nice meal with some improvements to be had on some dishes. I would recommend this place especially with the nighttime ambiance.

All was fine, but the ribs were dry and tough! The taste was not the same as before when they were tasty and sweet. This time it was so bland and dry. Overcooked???
