There was nothing extra like talking about specials or asking if we had been before. No suggestions. We got sat with menus. Asked about what kind of water we wanted. Then later came back and asked if we were ready to order. During the meal I think one time the server stopped by to make sure everything was ok. I had to ask for a refill on my water as it had been empty for a while. They also auto-gratuity at 20% so maybe that is why the servers don’t feel they have to go above and beyond. The steak skewers and ribs are some of our favorites. If your not sure what to get try the Tour of Tu Tus. This way you get a chance to sample multi dishes and get desert as well! He was extremely attentive, made great suggestions and definitely played along with our interactive group. The standouts were the Lobster bisque, Lobster/shrimp pasta, and the waygu filet. It creates such a wonderful experience to watch someone finish the Alfredo & surf and turf right in front of the table… it’s one of the many reasons we live this place. The lady at the front desk said their reservations only means they won’t take additional walk ins at that time. But you still have to send a wait around for a table. That’s exactly what we were trying to avoid. But I service was nice and very good. The manager did walk around the room and check with customers at the tables. A highlight for us what the gaucha named Lady who was so kind to us and made us feel so welcome. Most of the gauchos are polite but Lady was above and beyond. She was so thoughtful and made us feel like a friend was coming by to serve us every time she brought the picahna to us.
