Best Restaurants for Special Occasions in Lombard

Food was good but prices seem to be increasing every time we visit which is every month. Very disappointed that barramundi is not on the menu anymore! Also the people behind us had the same complaint. Alma did a nice job of serving us. I hope that we can continue being wine club members but don’t like to see so many price increases.

Took my wife for her birthday. The service and food were outstanding. The kids loved how attentive staff were and so friendly.

The halibut was incredible. It had a tiny crispness at first bite, but was so moist. It was perfectly cooked. Our server made my sister & her husband feel very special on their 35th anniversary with a special dessert. I always bring visiting relatives, because I know they will love the experience…

Marvelous experience! Food was outstanding, waiter effortlessly efficient, front desk welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely birthday presentation as well. Capitol Grill never disappoints!

Went for a mom and daughter dinner. Started with a cocktail - lemon martini for me and spiced pear spritz for my daughter. Both were boozy and delicious. We shared a kale salad which she liked. Too lemony and crisp for me. I had a tagliatelle bolognese which was flavorful and filling. She had the eight finger cavatelli which she enjoyed. The dining area around the bar was pretty noisy. However we were seated in a room of to the side which was quiet. Service was terrific - our waitress Ana was very attentive and prompt. They had their Christmas decor out which was really festive. We will definitely come back as we’ve got to try the pizza!
