Income here because for not much more money than most other places you get amazing attitude-less service and impeccable quality standards. That said, $30 for a plate of Eggs Benedict might include a more generous amount of potaotes and perhaps even include a small side salad of frisée with sauted lardon and melted Gruyère on baguette. Just sayin.

Food was exceptional. We ordered three apps that were generously portioned for two people - steak tartare was beautifully textured but could have done with an egg yolk or something a bit creamy. The fish crisp with the oil and crispy bits on top was light, refreshing and packed full on f flavour and for those that like foie gras- highly recommend the kaizen toast. We sat at the bar and Sarah who looked after us was so fun and also attentive. Will definitely be back.

As a hotel guest at the Canopy Hotel, which is just around the corner, Maison Selby was very convenient for starts. The interior was nice and neat and interesting, being it is a historical building. We dine in the bar area, by the large windows overlooking the neighborhood, very conformable. Service was great, it is nice to dine where the whole staff seem to be happy and outgoing.
