When the Pac Pal Spruzzo opened, I had just moved two blocks away after years in Malibu. The staff there, from the busboys to the owner/manager, have been part of my extended family ever since. I can‘t cook any longer but I still enjoy entertaining my friends and family in this lovely space. Today, I had a table conference with a young student who lives close by. Even a 17 year old knew a great place when she saw it! Our roasted artichokes and bruschetta were perfect and so deliciously fresh.
