Upside down shallot tart and the fish pasta dish are some of the most balanced and interesting dishes I’ve ever tried. Also, the beetroot mezcalita and it’s accompanying mocktail for those not wanting to drink alcohol, is amazing to say the least. Beyond the good food and drink service was also the incredible music.
