Fresh, tasty, zesty and creative is how I’d describe the food. The staff were attentive, professional and friendly. I recommend you try this restaurant next time you visit Thirroul :)More infoSouth SailorPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Thirroul•4.6
- DDAVIDSydney •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThe Grounds at Alexandria, first time experience, is like no other cafe I have been to in Sydney. Especially with the Paris decorations and lots and lots of flowers. Women and everyone are loving this! Especially the women! So take the women in your life to The Grounds at Alexandria for a truly unique experience with the Paris decorations and flowers.More infoThe Grounds of Alexandria CafePrice: Moderate• Café• Alexandria•4.2
- AAnnieBrisbane •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoHad a group booking for 4 girls for lunch and as soon as we all walked in, we are greeted with a smile and also the gorgeous greenery that surrounds us. The interior is full of florals and plants which adds to the atmosphere. We also had a swing chair to sit on with some cute cushions - cute touch. It's not our first time, some have dined here before, but it's still a cool place to visit. After lunch, we stroll through the laneway to see the pink floral set up that is The Chicest Mouse in Paris. Gorgeous! Then a coffee and cake at the cafe next store to top off our experience. It's always lovely to visit the Grounds of Alexandria!More infoThe Potting ShedPrice: Moderate• Modern Australian• Alexandria•4.4
- JJohnSydney •1 review5.0Dined on Feb 6, 2025Food was good but I would say the service was top notch. Food wise, you have to try the Peking Duck. Best peking duck I have had in the Illawarra. Service and ambiance was outstand. The server was attentive and provided great suggestions. Even looking out for the table when there was an error during service. We met the owner as well and she was very fun to chat with and provided further details into the inspiration of the dishes. She provided suggestions for different dishes to try, that we otherwise missed. Next time we come, we definitely will try out the prawn and chive dumplings, the duck spring rolls, the fried prawn wonton and the prawn crackers. Keen to see where the future of this restaurant end ups and what future dishes are implemented.More infoDuck in HeavenPrice: Expensive• Asian• Bulli•4.5
