Best Dog Friendly Restaurants in Mayfield

Made very welcome. Very busy lunchtime, but service excellent. Comfortable and lovely ambience. Food is great and portions good. Not rushed, though we were the last to leave! Would happily recommend it, but do book to avoid disappointment.

Excellent food, attentive and friendly service and huge range of draught beers, ales and ciders. A great restaurant masquerading as a great pub.

Recently went to the Hare & Billet for a lovely roast, was excited to see they offer a vegan wellington roast as an option online. However was disappointed upon learning that it’s no longer an option and had been taken off the menu when we were getting our orders taken. Luckily we had a fantastic server, Nathaniel who went above and beyond to offer options so that I could still enjoy the roast that I’d be looking forward too with a few tweaks here and there. Ended up having a lovely meal regardless! Thank you, Nathaniel & chefs at the Hare & Billet!

Another amazing meal at The Cat. It's really hard to describe just how perfect our evening was ... the food was so delicious - it just seems to get better and better, and the crab starter from the specials board was so good! The staff, as always, were amazing, perfect with timings and service and always so lovely to chat to. It was also pleasantly busy so the atmosphere was loveley but not noisy. Can't find fault in anything!

First time trying the White Hart and the Sunday roast didn't dissappoint. Portion sizes were ample and it was delicious. Service was a little slow but this wasnt an issue. Lovely atmosphere and very dog friendly. Well definitely be back again.
