Best Restaurants for Groups in Sacramento

We stopped by Ella's bar for appetizers and drinks at the bar while waiting for a friend. Claire W, working the bar, immediately made us feel at home. Cocktails, wine, and a couple of small plates, and everything was perfect. Super yummy, nicely presented, perfect portions. Claire answered all our questions, gave us good insight into what to expect from the small plates, and her wine recommendations were spot-on. Claire also has the perfect personality for the hospitality industry. Warm, open, patient, knowledgeable, and fun. We loved her!!! Next time we fly in to Sacramento, we're definitely heading to Ella's. You should too!!!

We celebrated my wife’s birthday dinner here, and we absolutely loved the experience! Tim was our server, and he was fantastic—very attentive and provided excellent recommendations. The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. Highly recommend this place to everyone

We had the pork chop and the chicken - both were excellent, as were the carrot and onion soup. Excellent selection of frech wines to go with excellently prepared and presented french food. Service was impeccable. Very busy place, so sound level is loud - try to sit on the edges of the room.

Service was excellent! Food was very good. The side dishes are large. Next time, we'll share the 'one person' size. Had the rib eye, which was cooked beautifully. There are two optional 'sauces' for the steak that I will change next time. They have a Crust (butter sauce) and a Sauce. they are both wonderful but I would only order one. Will go again!

What a consistently wonderful experience at the Melting Pot! The good selections are amazing and dinner is so much fun! The staff are the best people hands down and give their customers quality customer care and service!! You simply cannot beat the value, Yakut’s all the way! Hope people will consider donating to the current drive for St. Jude’s Children Hospital! Special shout out to Leo, Casey, and Steph!!
