Best Restaurants for Outdoor Dining in Nievern

I started my evening with an extra dry Martini. I mean what else does one order at a restaurant with the name Golden Eye?! We just served in Frankfurt and wanted a rooftop experience, the view at sunset was spectacular. They have a nice outside area but it was a bit too cold to sit there. I'm sure in the warmer weather it's delightful. My cocktail was absolutely perfect. We had the truffle gnocchi with celeriac which was beyond divine followed by branzino over a bed of saffron fennel that somehow felt like a light risotto. For dessert we chose white chocolate brownie which was really an olive oil cake with hazelnuts and pistachios complemented with a fennel sorbet with blood orange slices. The wines were also outstanding. For someone who eats out every week, this was one of the best meals I've had EVER! from the food to the service and ambiance- TRY THIS RESTAURANT TODAY!

Fabulous experience, stunning environment amazing food , I had the Rinderfilet and it was perfectly cooked just to my liking! Thank you for the amazing service and recommending me the lemonade. I look forward to visiting the restaurant again in the Beer garden ❤️

Despite booking through OpenTable for 8pm the restaurant had no record of this! We were however seated but the table did not get a wipe down after the previous customers! After a slow start service improved and food was delicious especially the 24 hour cooked pork.
