Best Fun Restaurants in Gibsonton

We went to celebrate a special occasion in our family. We chose to see the flamenco dance show which was excellent. Our waiter was exceptional. He offered suggestions about meal choices and wine choices an was spot on with both. Take time to read the menu with its history and traditions. Such a memorable dining experience for our family.

Bouzy was a fun experience, but it’s probably better to stick to drinks. We had the pork bao buns, which did not have a lot of flavor or a lot of meat, especially for the price. And the $45 10oz NY strip steak did not appear to be anywhere near a 10oz portion and also came out extremely rare (ordered MR) which meant the fat did not render at all. Out server was great, but for a $185 meal the food was not impressive.

The server was knowledgeable of the wines and helped us make an excellent choice. The N’awlins style were just ok and at $5 a piece, I would pass. The scallops were excellent. Will try to recreate at home. Would return just for that dish. Scallops cooked perfectly and portion size was good with 5 or 6 scallops. Parking is a pain but all of downtown is. Park at Garrison lot with Park Mobile. Definitely will return. Barbie full of the young and beautiful. Enjoyed the people watching. lol.

Wonderful food, service and ambiance. Really enjoyed our dinner there and will return next time we are in Tampa. Great old fashion! Loved the peppercorn sauce on the filet and NY strip. The spaghetti and meatballs were just ok. Hayden was a great server and the manager accommodated our large party with ease.
