Loved each iteration of dinner, which was a blend of fresh ingredients, and balanced textures and temperatures. Embodied a true devotion to culinary arts. A true hidden treasure in Paris which more people need to discover.

This was the best restaurant we dined at in Paris. There is a welcoming ambience from the moment you enter. Each course that was selected and prepared by the Chef was over the top unique and delicious. We had the wine pairing and Frederic was so kind and knowledgeable. He knew so much about the special caviar that was served, and he also provided information to us for our favorite wines. We will definitely return on our next visit to Paris.
