Established in 2017 by Executive Chef, Thomas Cauquil and Brewery Director, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery specialises in creating food and drinks for friends, all in a relaxed, casual, and unique setting, where customers have the option to dine surrounded by brewing tanks.Leaning on fresh, local, seasonal produce, the duo create all of their products in-house, from smoked and cured meats and hand rolled pastas, to Frenchies' award-winning beers and spritzes.Thomas and Vince first met at Albert de Mun Hotel and Catering School in Paris in 2005. My friends and I had a great time at By Sang. The food was delicious and the service was attentive. The stand out dish to me is the dry aged duck. It was full of unami. We also enjoyed the chirashi donburi with the fresh seafood and also the fact we can make our own hand sushi with the seaweed sheets.

We love hand drip coffee and they have a nice selection of beans here. The baristas are knowledgeable and you can get the full spectrum of taste from their coffee. Bora our barista was so helpful and fun. We sat at the bar counter to watch her make our coffee and the food was good. Had a great experience.
