- AAdeleMelbourne •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoOur experience at Freyja was exceptional! From the warm and inviting ambiance to the impeccable service and exquisite cuisine, every detail exceeded our expectations! The flavors were both unique and surprising, an unexpected combination that created an explosion of taste in every bite. Our waiter was not only attentive and knowledgeable but also took the time to explain each dish thoroughly. The food arrived seamlessly, and the wine pairing was spot-on, complementing each course. Overall, I highly recommend Freyja and can’t wait to return!More infoFreyjaPrice: Expensive• Australian• Melbourne CBD•4.7
- SSoniaMelbourne •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoTasty food, some French and some molecular cuisine techniques and a great display of Australian produce, including finger limes, local Wagyu beef, kangaroo and green ants, as well as a lovely cheese display cabinet....amazing flowers goat cheeses that rival the French ones' would have been nice to include Holy Goat. Wasn't a fan of the Chinese caviar (Russian or Iranian are much better...but wars in both regions may limit the supply), but in the absence of good quality one, it would have been nice to find an alternative ingredient. The first dish was certainly one of the stars as well as the kangaroo. Definitely full after 13 dishes!.... Very nice to invite guests into the kitchen to participate and chat to one of the 15 chefs and see the magic from up close! Overall, a great experience to be repeated.More infoVue de mondePrice: Very Expensive• Modern Australian• Melbourne CBD•4.9
- KKellieQueensland •7 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoLoved Lagoon Dining! Strikes the right balance between being absolutely delicious and interesting! Everything tasted absolutely amazing. So hard to pick a favourite dish, but if I had to, it would be pickled cucumbers. Our waiter/server was the nicest, most friendly guy who made our dinner experience beautiful. I highly recommend Lagoon Dining to anyone who appreciates great food, friendly service and terrific energy in a restaurant.More infoLagoon DiningPrice: Expensive• Asian• Carlton•4.8
