- CChristopherVIPMemphis / West Tennessee •21 reviews5.0Dined todayMy wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary at The Capital Grille in Memphis, and the experience was outstanding from the moment we walked in. The host staff greeted us warmly and immediately wished us a happy anniversary with big smiles. When we were seated, we found a beautifully set table with a single rose and a handwritten note acknowledging our special occasion—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the evening. Our server, James, was incredible. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel like VIPs throughout the meal. We would absolutely ask for him again on a future visit. The managers also checked in on us and ensured we felt important and valued as customers, which speaks volumes about the level of service at this restaurant. As for the food, we both ordered steak, and while my wife’s was cooked to perfection, mine was slightly overdone. When I casually mentioned it to James, he immediately checked on it and offered to make sure the center was cooked to my preference. It was a bit unexpected since you’d assume a steak would be consistent throughout, but honestly, the flavor was excellent, and I didn’t feel the need to bring it up again. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable, making it an ideal setting for a special occasion. Overall, The Capital Grille provided an exceptional dining experience with outstanding service, great ambiance, and delicious food. We will definitely return and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable night out in Memphis.More infoThe Capital Grille - MemphisPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8

Overall though, we had a great time and a great meal.More infoFleming's Steakhouse - MemphisPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• East-Bartlett / Collierville / Germantown•4.6
- TTylerMemphis / West Tennessee •8 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe blonde hostess immediately greeted us and was super friendly and welcoming. Our waitress was very attentive and not overbearing in constantly coming by the table which we like that. The Blue Window, Spicy Margarita, and Espresso martini drinks were the absolute best I have had. Always on point with the onion and pimento dip with pita bread. Caesar salads were fresh and not soggy bravo. We had the salmon, wild ride, and green beans and the cajun pasta both were 12 out of 10!!! The blueberry cobbler with ice cream was the a nice ending to a great early Valentine's dinner. This was probably the 6th time we have been to Itta Bena and we constantly brag on the service, drinks, and the food. A hidden gem with a nice quiet vibe. I look forward to the next visit.More infoItta BenaPrice: Expensive• Contemporary Southern• Downtown•4.8

He was very professional and attentive without being intrusive. Even though the restaurant was very crowded, we did not feel rushed at all. We shared the Lamb Loin (our favorite) and it was absolutely delicious - it ALWAYS is! - CCarlMemphis / West Tennessee •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe went for pre-Valentine lunch. I had a wonderful chicken salad and my husband had the redfish over grits. Both were yummy. I later met up with the sales manager of whom I wanted to meet regarding my birthday and other stays. He was so kind I think his name was Brian, but thanks complicated pilgrim for your excellent service even though it looks as though there was one waitress acting as a bartender as well, but very capable thanks againMore infoComplicated PilgrimPrice: Moderate• American• Midtown / Cooper•4.5
