- PPaulNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoOh, baby, what an experience! My date and I, we were absolutely smashing, yeah! We kicked things off with some bread slathered in beef tallow—oh, it was new, exciting, and downright delicious, baby! Then, we shared the green goddess salad and the 5 onion soup—both of 'em were pure magic, I tell ya! So good, I couldn't help myself, I drank that soup like it was liquid gold. For the main event, we had the lasagna and the trout fish and chips—timeless, baby! So classic, I thought I’d just float away on a cloud of flavor. Lee, our groovy server, was a total legend and made the whole experience a real treat. We'll be back soon, baby—no doubt about it! Yeah!More infoWm. - LLorineNew York City •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 10, 2024I've been a custom of Hattie's for over 20 years, and this incredible, as always! The whole vibe and ambiance transports you to the bayou... there are crystal chandeliers and antique mirrors, all adorned with spanish moss and beads. Perfection. We sat on the upper lever of the patio during brunch. The service was above and beyond. We ordered the Grilled Shrimp and Cheesy Grits, which was delectable. My also had the Smoked Ham and Potato Roast, which was amazing, and we had an order of beignets, which are a must. Everything was delicious, and the portions were so large, we each left with another meal to for later. For cocktails, we had bloody mary's and mojitos! So so good! I would rate everything about our visit 10 stars if it were possible : )More infoHattie's RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Southern• Saratoga Springs•4.6
- DDorotavipNew York City •10 reviews4.0Dined on Oct 18, 2024The ambiance and food are always great here - not the issue. The service is book or busy, and this visit was more of a bust. The server was likely on the newer side, but was clearer not trained in the art of customer service. Lack of communication, not checking in to see if we needed anything (had to flag him down to get more drinks, nothing after our dinner was delivered), and no birthday acknowledgment even though my reservation called it out and I told him before the birthday girl arrived. Will be back, but hopefully a friendlier server.More infoThe Standard Restaurant & LoungePrice: Moderate• American• Albany•4.3
