Best Casual Restaurants in Tarboro

We had the best experience at Ruth’s Chris on Thanksgiving. The manager Kyle Falabella was attentive to every detail. The service was superb Chris our waiter extraordinaire was entertaining to say the least. Everyone made our holiday wonderful, felt like one big family.

Our first time dining experience at Floriana’s was nothing short of outstanding from the moment we walked in until we had to part ways. Both the hostess/manager and our server (Skylar) were so endearing. The food was phenomenal. We are already planning our next visit when we come back to Wilmington.

It was our first time and I was a bit nervous, having selected this restaurant for my wife's birthday dinner celebration. We were not disappointed! Our waitress was so friendly, made excellent recommendations, and could not have been happier to welcome us. However, the food was the star! The meet was so tender, it basically melted in your mouth. The arugula salad that accompanied my selection was absolutely delicious; my wife's selection, the steak frites, equally so. We will definitely return!

We went to Riverside Kitchen & Bar to celebrate my birthday. We made reservations on OpenTable and had no issues. We went for brunch and the food was great. My husband and son got the biscuits and gravy. They liked it but it wasn’t their favorite. I got the breakfast burrito and could only eat half. They gave me a free dessert for my birthday and I enjoyed the homemade tiramisu. My husband got the brownie a la mode and my son got the chocolate torte. We may go back just for dessert. The service was great and we can’t wait to go back.
