We are a family run pub located in the village of Woodlesford just 6 miles south-east of Leeds city centre and is a stop off and refreshment point on the central section of the trans Pennine trail. Welcoming walkers and locals alike. We are also dog friendly. Newley refurbished the pub still retains its charm and character and the first thing you will notice when you arrive is a warm and family friendly atmosphere and our staff are only to happy to serve you. Delicious Sunday lunch, roast beef with all the trimmings, great portion size and plenty of gravy. Cauliflower cheese and our side of pigs in blankets were amazing. We rounded it all off with a bakewell meringue and summer berries crumble and custard. Very enjoyable afternoon, would definitely recommend.

Lovely relaxed valentines meal , I had the Barnsley chop was melt in the mouth so beautiful , my partner had steak and ribs he said they were the nicest he’d ever had , roaring log fire what else is there to love x

We had a fabulous evening at Izgara. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The food was delicious and we absolutely loved the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant. Definitely somewhere we will be going back to eat, and we would highly recommend it others. It was such a lovely place to go.

First time there. Son goes regularly with girlfriend so thought would give it a try. Chicken dinner was amazing and the Lotus Biscoff Sundae just wow. Will defo be back thank you
