This hip and trendy restaurant and lounge is set in a meticulously restored 19th century colonial Sugar-mill with an enormous terrace with an amazing view of Simpson Bay. Award winning Sushi and Steak with Sushi chefs hailing from Nobu, Morimoto, and Makodo. Hot kitchen features aged steaks and fresh fish. We enjoyed everything! Staff members were all so friendly and helpful from the valet to the hostess, servers and chef! The food was top notch - delicious and beautifully presented. The ambiance was very nice as we watched the sunset over Simpson Bay and the lights come on all around us both inside and outside the restaurant. Definitely recommend and we would come back if we return to the island in the future.

This Resturant name has changed to Le Sud. Remy is and excellent server! The owner came up and said hello! Very professional outfit! We will be back. Food was delicious!
