Best Restaurants for Groups in Lake Forest

As always, an excellent experience today. Ariana was our food server and was friendly and helpful. However, what stands out is that the new manager, John,, stopped by and chatted with us for a while. Of course he was interested in how it was going for us and shared a little more of his background what brought him there. Up shot … folks are paying attention there. Coupled with the excellent food, it made for a nice outing.

I was celebrating my girlfriend‘s 40th birthday, the waiter was excellent highly recommend Tony V., he was so funny and entertaining.

Another Extraordinary Experience! Staff, Food and Ambiance is always spectacular!

It’s been a while since I’ve been here and I was pleasantly surprised they now have house-made pasta, prepared perfectly Al dente too. Squid ink pasta and short rib pasta are the go-to’s. Prior experience with their bolognese made me not want to come back because it’s really hard to mess up bolognese. I think you just have to know what to order. Italian chopped salad also another great one to try.

Fantastic, fun time at Puesto Los Olivos again. Food was delicious! We had the salsa bar (all the salsas were fantastic. The table's favorites ended up being the sweet, smoky pineapple and the smoky tomato), classic guacamole and various tacos for Taco Tuesday. I had the Verduras taco with no cheese because I'm vegan. I appreciate that they always accommodate that request. It is delicious! Other people at the table had the filet mignon, short rib and carnitas tacos. The favorite was the short rib taco. The ambiance is fantastic at this location. We sat out on their beautiful, festive patio, with hanging lights and heat lamps. This is always a favorite!
