- CCyndiAlabama •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 3, 2024Wonderful American breakfast buffet! A special every morning on the far right of the long bar. Learned to look for it first before filling plate on the standard scrambled eggs and bacon. Check out the house made pastries and omelette and made do order egg station. Servers are hustling to keep your coffee filled and juice served. Highly recommended!More info1600 Bar + GrillePrice: Moderate• undefined• Downtown•4.1
- PPeterAtlantic Canada •3 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 1, 2024Food was fantastic, servings were large and great value. Our server Aly was great, lots of suggestions and attentive throughout our meal. I had the ribs which was a full rack (8 ribs), I did manage to consume 7 of them along with most of a baked potato and caesar salad. If we were visiting for longer, we’d be back.More infoSaltgrass Steak House - Houston - George R. Brown Convention CenterPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.6
- EERICKvipHouston •46 reviews5.0Dined on Oct 26, 2024The staff was excellent from start to finish. We were greeted and seated promptly. Our drink order was taken quickly as well. I had the cheeseburger and my friend had the wings. Both were tasty and were brought to us in record time! I don't think that 5 minutes passed from the time we ordered to the time we got our food. The beer and cocktail selections were excellent. You can enjoy the gorgeous views of downtown and the bayou that the restaurant offers. Make sure to take a stroll outside and sip on your drink. It's well worth it. The only drawback to the experience is that since the restaurant is an open air environment, a fair amount of flies can get in and it can be a little annoying at times. So, if bugs "bug" you, this may be an issue. Apart from that, the experience was superb and I highly recommend Riverhouse!More infoRiverhouse HoustonPrice: Moderate• American• Downtown•4.5

The drinks were spot on. Food was good for a hotel restaurant in particular.More infoMain KitchenPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown•4.7
