Best Italian Restaurants in Stapleton

Never disappointed! The fixed price menu for Valentine's Day was absolutely delicious, matched by the usual impeccable service (thank you Gage!). The menu never gets old - always new items, or long-standing favorites prepared in a new fashion since our last visit (agnolotte cacio e pepe for example). Shout out to the bartender as well for a delicious white negroni. Already planning a return visit!!

I went in blind to Coperta. I made a reservation for Valentines night and was not disappointed. We ordered the focaccia and radicchio salad for starters and both were amazing. For entrees we opted for the caccio pepe and carbonara. Both were very rich and filling for being a half portion. We ended the meal with the olive oil brownie which was very rich but not hyper sweet. It was a very amazing meal and we will return.

Cattivella provided me and my partner with a fantastic dining experience this Valentines. While most restaurants were booked, I was fortunate enough to find this place with an open reservation for 5pm and we took it - we couldn’t be happier with our choice. The dining room and atmosphere is upscale but casual, and seating is arranged in a way that allows you to be comfortable regardless of where you’re placed or who’s around. The service is even better - our server specifically was quick, attentive, and answered any questions we had about the food, drinks, and desserts effortlessly. Additionally, both our food and drinks arrived very quickly. Speaking of food and drinks, everything was AMAZING! My partner had some wine and I had the grapefruit cocktail, which was sweet and hit just the right spot as someone who prefers sweeter cocktails. In terms of food, my partner got the Trenette and I got the Lamb Ragu. I can’t attest to the Trenette but from what I tried it was delivious, but the Lamb Ragu? Oh my gosh. That is one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in my life. Super savory flavors and some of the most tender lamb - let alone meat - that I’ve ever had. All in all, Cattivella provides diners with an elegant dining experience in every regard, and I can guarantee that my partner and I will be back. Thanks for an awesome Valentines!

Everything from the staff that greeted us to the server & all involved were great and the food was amazing. My wife usually cooks something special for is on Valentines Day but we were traveling to Denver & so I made this reservation. Food was outstanding & a treat for my wife to not have to cook. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

We love QI. The owner clearly carefully crafted the menu, and the cuisine is unrivaled in Denver. We started with the honey-ricotta, little gem Caesar, and friend calamari - all excellent. The pesto, lemon charred chicken, and spicy lobster rigatoni alla vodka are among the best dishes I have ever tasted, including in Italy. They also have an excellent wine list with a broad range of fine options from Italy, France, and the US. Service has always been terrific each time we go. A great restaurant, full of ambiance, and character, Quality Italian remains one of our favorites.
