- DDonald1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoThe food was excellently prepared, and the service was great. Very busy because it was the day after Valentine's, but the noise level wasn't too bad for how many people were there.More infoPinPointPrice: Very Expensive• American• Wilmington•4.7
- WFWendyFCoastal North Carolina •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe sat outside on the lower (uncovered) deck (it was cold, but they had heaters going for us.) The food was prompt, service was excellent. My husband got the salmon and said it tasted a little fishy which he had never had in salmon before, but he ate it all (yes we know he ordered fish, but salmon doesn't typically have that taste). He also had a Caesar salad, which he said was one of the best he has had in a while. I had the filet mignon, and it was cooked perfectly to my temp preference. I also had a side of mac-n-cheese, which I didn't care for much, but that is just a personal taste preference. Overall, we had a nice time. Next time we will make reservations for Valentines a little earlier so we can sit inside!! Haha.More infoRiver 128 RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Wilmington•4.6

Reasonable drink prices great ambiance. Live music was nice and deck area outside was really nice during daylight hours. Heaters keep it fairly warm.More infoRuth's Chris Steak House - Wilmington, NCPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Wilmington•4.7
- TTylerRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoBeautiful restaurant. Witnessed a strangers intimate proposal, which was fun, and apparently their second night in a row with a proposal. The Wagyu Beef entrée was sensational. Our server, Gavin, was excellent. Looking forward to going back.More infoTarantelli’sPrice: Moderate• Italian• Wilmington•4.7
- DDawnVIPRaleigh / Durham / Chapel Hill •26 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoIt was not our first visit and it won’t be our last. I absolutely love the charm and ambiance in this restaurant but the food and service would keep us coming back no matter what the place looked like. I had the goat cheese salad and my husband has the butternut squash soup - a special the day we visited. Both tasted so delicious and the portions were very nice. For dinner I had the afternoon - a speciality of the restaurant. The broth is creamy but light - I know it sounds odd - but it is not a heavy broth. It is rich and the perfect medium for the delicious seafood which was all cooked perfectly. Scallops, shrimp, salmon, white fish (sorry have no idea what it was but delicious! and mussels. My husband had the beef Bourgogne which he loved and mopped up every ounce of sauce with the crispy French bread. We were so full but made room to share the pistachio crème brûlée. A thin layer of crispy caramelized sugar covered a creamy a custard. However I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the service. Our server was both attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and wines - the food arrived timely and temperate which rounded out the wonderful experience.More infoCaprice BistroPrice: Moderate• French• Wilmington•4.8
