Great menu full of lovely choices of fresh local fish as well as other meat dishes. Fish was cooked to perfection. It is on the expensive end, but great food.

We loved the Sunday roast today. It was so tasty and good sized portions. We finished off with sticky toffee pudding and bread and butter pudding which were both delicious. The staff are tremendous, friendly and helpful and attentive and the feel of the restaurant is warm and modern. The car park has been finished and is well designed and we loved the new orangery. It’s lovely to be able to eat there.

Good menu choice, very generous portions, well cooked and promptly served. Very reasonable choice of wines, beers etc. Exceptional service. What’s not to like?
