- AAnneEdinburgh/Midlothian •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoReally enjoyed our evening meal at the Queen's. It was our first visit and we'll definitely return. Delicious food, great beer, vast range of whiskies, friendly efficient service and a real buzz about the place. Only minor quibble was that the chips were too crispy hard for someone with sensitive gums.More infoThe Queens Arms - EdinburghPrice: Moderate• Scottish• New Town•4.6

- NNickCheshire •20 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe booked for the festive afternoon tea, food was lovely, I’m very fussy and sandwich request was fulfilled (pre messaged restaurant). Cakes were tasty and the ivy craft beer washed it all down nicely. Staff were great & was a lovely atmosphere. thank youMore infoThe Ivy on the SquarePrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Old Town•4.3
- DDerekLas Vegas •4 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoA lukewarm reception as I don’t think the gentleman who booked us in and took our menus uttered a single world to us when we arrived. He just collected the menus from their storage shelf and headed for the table. Not to worry though as (spoiler alert!) the food was excellent! It’s also fair to say he warmed up once we were seated and looked after us well. Overall I’d say this was a very enjoyable evening. We went for the Festive Set Menu which is terrific value! The portion sizes were generous too. My wife’s turkey was thick, juicy and flavourful and my Flat Iron Steak was perfect. A five star experience, just a pity about the blasé welcome.More infoBread Street Kitchen & Bar — EdinburghPrice: Moderate• British• New Town•3.8
