We were booked for Sunday lunch but they only do it once a month on the 1st Sunday, the manager booked us in for January and offered us a free lunch in the bar area. Lunch was good the burger was excellent but the steak pie was just ok the gravy was very watery. The staff were very attentive and friendly, even though the bar area was very busy. We will certainly be back for our Sunday lunch and there is a lovely outdoor terrace beside the bar which we will visit during the summer.More infoOne Square Bar + BrasseriePrice: Expensive• Scottish• Edinburgh•4.2
- MMarkCheshire •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoHad a really great first experience at Nor’ Loft last night. The lady who served us was amazing. Really extensive knowledge of the champagne on offer and helped us select something new that we’d never tried before and lived it. Will definitely book again.More infoNor' LoftPrice: Moderate• Scottish• The Royal Mile•4.6
- TTriciaEdinburgh/Midlothian •1 review5.0Dined on Nov 6, 2024We had booked afternoon tea but their pastry oven had suddenly broken down so we were told in advance and decided to do lunch instead. On arrival we were greeted by Enrique who took us to a table with a beautiful view of Edinburgh and two complimentary glasses of fizz as an apology for not being able to provide the afternoon tea which was a nice touch. Our lunch was lovely and the Sticky toffee pudding was delicious with a decent dollop of ice cream too. We ordered the house champagne which was lovely. A lovely atmosphere and equally lovely attentive staff. I would recommend it and the afternoon tea as we have experienced it before.More infoTwenty Princes StreetPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• New Town•4.6
- AWAmandaWCleveland / Akron / Canton •3 reviews5.0Dined on Jul 14, 2024We found this to be a charming and indulgent experience for summer afternoon tea. The serving size was plenty (we had leftovers to take away) and they graciously allowed us to have more than seven different pots of teas! We stayed for nearly 2.5 hours with no sense of being rushed by the staff. Outstanding!More infoAfternoon Tea @ PrestonfieldPrice: Very Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Newington•4.7
